💥 Impact in Focus

Adult ADHD diagnoses in women ages 23–49 have nearly doubled in recent years, yet stigma and underdiagnosis persist.

Girls and women are often undiagnosed until adulthood, leaving ADHD unrecognized for decades.

Untreated ADHD in women is strongly linked to higher rates of depression, anxiety, employment instability, and relationship struggles.

🌱 From the Artist

I am a late-diagnosed, non-medicated female living with ADHD. My struggles are deep and unrelenting — paralysis, ADHD rage, confusion, rejection, disrupted sleep, and patterns of living that make each day a battle. It prevents me from socializing, holding employment, and often makes me feel like an outcast even in my own circles. ADHD touches every part of my health and my relationships, including the one I have with myself — and that’s the hardest of all. This magnet is my way of saying: you’re not alone 🧡
